Tampa, FL – October 10, 2024 – Gulfeagle Supply is proud to announce the launch of a new organizational structure designed to further align with our vendors, customers, and partners as we continue to grow and integrate. These changes mark the next chapter in our commitment to operational excellence and superior customer service, providing a strong foundation for future success.
Key highlights of the new structure include:
- Leadership Promotions: We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kurt Schwahn to the newly created role of Chief Revenue and Operations Officer (CROO). Schwahn’s extensive experience and leadership will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and revenue growth across Gulfeagle.
- Retirement Announcement: After years of dedicated service, Bill Wilson, Vice President, will be retiring at the end of this year. Until then, Wilson will continue to provide his expertise in purchasing and vendor Relations, working closely with Kelly Joyce, Director of Purchasing, and Greg Russell, Director of Vendor Relations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Geographic Realignment and Elite Roofing Supply Branch Integration: As part of our growth and integration strategy, geographic oversight has been adjusted to streamline operations, with Legacy Elite branches that overlap with Gulfeagle Supply now unified under a single leadership structure. This alignment is designed to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Safety and Fleet Management: Nizam Husaini will now take on the role of Safety/Fleet Manager for California, supporting safety initiatives across the state.
- Regional Leadership Appointments: We are excited to announce new appointments to further strengthen our leadership team:
- Steve Whipple has been named Regional Vice President, West
- Doug Norman has been named Regional Vice President, Southwest
- Mike Lesisko has been named Regional Vice President, West Central
- Brad Powers has been named Regional Vice President, Southeast
- Scott Littlefield, Director of Residential Sales, and Dan Doherty, Director of Commercial Sales will now extend their leadership roles to cover Legacy Elite branches as well as operations in Texas and Oklahoma.
