The Hamilton branch will continue to be managed by industry veteran Charles Yuknus.

[TAMPA, Fla., February 4, 2022] — Gulfeagle Supply announces the acquisition of Adler Warehouse and Sales, Inc. located in Joliet, Illinois on the Southwest side of Chicago. The acquisition expands Gulfeagle’s presence to four (4) branches across the greater Chicago market to better serve the contractor.

Adler Warehouse and Sales, Inc. was founded over 60 years ago. In 1984, the company was fully acquired by the Hart family. Adler’s success can be attributed to its commitment to its customers, which aligns with the Gulfeagle Core Values of accountability and relationships. Mike and Terry Hart will continue to run the Joliet, Illinois branch under the Gulfeagle Supply name.

[TAMPA, Fla., January 3, 2022] — Gulfeagle Supply announces the acquisition of R & S Supply, resulting in 24 new locations. The acquisition will further expand Gulfeagle’s footprint to the West Coast. Gulfeagle Supply has grown to over 100 locations across the United States.
